Process & Fees of Swivel Group Finance

The consulting process is kicked off with our Melbourne based CFO, who would meet with our clients to scope and understand the requirements. With the assistance of Swivel Groups on-ground recruitment team in Colombo, Sri Lanka we are then able to run an extensive search on the market for the right fit for your business.
The typical end to end process will run for 4 weeks with Candidates presented to our clients within 7 days post scoping. Candidates range from $30K AUD to $55K AUD depending on seniority and designation. There is a one-off, $3,800 Infrastructure Set-Up fee per staff member. This set up fee includes the purchase of IT equipment, Payroll and Employment contracts.
